CHASING BEAUTIFUL SKIES (My Gratitude Journal)
MY SURVIVAL TOOL I’m quite tech savvy alright. I blog, I tweak my sites’ HTML & CSS codes here and there a lot, I own 2 laptops (big & small), an iPhone…can’t live without my Kindle yadadada. BUT GUESS WHAT, I will not survive without the trusty old-school planner/organizer (and a multi-colored ballpoint pen — I always had 1 or 2 in my purse for more than 10 years now) Thank you, big chunky planner, thank you Franklin Covey — my newest! (http://franklincovey.com)! I tried to exchange you over the years for PDAs and cellphones and now an iPhone…yet I keep going back. Nothing beats organizing and capturing thoughts and ideas with real ink on paper, a little doodle on the sides, some real photos and stickers, sticky notes, and real non-virtual sleeves and pockets for receipts and business cards. I feel like I’m still in college and it makes hurdling tasks and schedules easier, happier….”funner” (yes, there is no such word!).
